Keying entry, Mira waited. It wasn't long before Dianna opened the door.

"Hi, I stopped by to check on you. Is everything ok?"

Please come in and sit down said Dianna.

Yes I owe it all to Zimia for trying to keep me calm, she puts a hand over her baby bump I don't know what I would have done without my husband saving all of us.

He really goes all out for everyone, he told me that Kevin didn't want to be in front of Kronnelti at the time of rescuing you.

Mira laughed. She hadn't known that. "My memories were a little messes up at the time, but I do remember how fierce he was." She smiled.

" I just wanted to make sure you were alright. We don't normally get taken off our ship like that. I do have some interesting news for you, and it might help with the baby. We are being assigned a home base. Starbase 364. "

Mira bit her lip. "It's a little more rowdier than I was hoping for. It's not as close to earth as I think you will be happy with, but we have a few decks that will only be for starfleet personnel. Plus you could have your choice of jobs. if you really want to work."

With the rate little Nara is growing I may be able to work.

Mira slowly shook her head no, "For the most part, Klingons are farly good about mixed mating and the children that come from it. Their are a few jerks that might frown that you are human. I was always having to prove myself. This base is all about Klingons and Humans joining forces. History tells us the Romulans attacked a klingon village, and a starfleet ship came to their aid. So the whole Starbase is intertwined. Our ship will not be the only one there and there are beings from all over the galaxy that live and do business on the base.

I never knew that she said, I am worried about him and his scars will he have to fight at all? Like if somebody wanted to fight the alpha she asks in a confused way as she's not too sue how Klingons fight.

While Dianna is asking that question Kronnelti walks in gives Dianna a kiss, to answer your question, yes if I get challenged or if I challenge someone we have to fight for dominance.

A good amount of these scars are from Commander G'ginloss in a klingon tradition. I challenged him for dominance and well he was more skilled and advanced than I was.

Mira frowned and looked at Dianna "He is a starfleet officer on a starfleet ship. There would no reason for him to have to fight for position on our ship or the base. Now if he was on a klingon ship. Yea, another klingon who wants to advance on a klingon ship has to challenge another officer to advance. That's not going to happen. Maybe a bar fight."

Mira laughed."I have been in them. He doesn't have to fight." She raised an eyebrow at Kronnelti "He may think he does to defend you maybe, but if you're wearing your commbadge, I don't think most people will mess with you. How about we just find out how it goes once we are there? Maybe we can assign a security officer to you if you go out without Awal. Like I said, a whole section of the base will only be for starfleet. That area will be perfectly safe to walk around. The lower levels of any base normally are not very safe. You will also have Spike with you to."

Actually I planned on taking Dianna to a place on 364 and it's a little fancy.... will you and Kevin join us asked Kronnelti as he heads for the shower.

Mira raised an eyebrow "Oh a double date! that sounds fun. I will ask him." She waited for Awal to leave the room " Spike is a cob'lat and normally no one messes with them. Just having one will gain you respect. You and Kronnelti will have your own quarters on the base to."
She gave Dianna a hug. "Now that he is home I will yet you spend time together. "

Thank you she said and gave Mira a hug.
