Change in plans

The cove was beautiful. The houses weren't really huts but more like bungalows set out on the water. Palm trees, water, sand, and fresh air The place had a feeling of peace. Something she needed right now.

Mira and Vaytoc had already stopped by the village to pick up some beach wear. They met the head of the little village and his wife, a sweet older couple.

How it was time to play. Mira changed into her black bikini and dove into the water.
Vaytoc dove in after her.

Laying out in the sun on the dock, Mira had a leg in the water and an arm across her eyes. When she heard a low snarl from Vaytoc, Mira set up slowly and crawled into the bungalow motioning for Vaytoc to follow.
What hell......she looked out the window.
"Well, son of a targ." Those blue minions had found her. Fine, looks like she was going to have to change plans.

Going over to her bag, she tossed a few things in. Wrapped a sarong around her, then slipped on her holster for her Mek'leth and a D'k tahg at her side. They had been the only weapons she had thought to bring.

Opening up the inside trapdoor to the water, Mira slipped in, and swam away. Once she was far enough away, her and Vaytoc swam to shore. She tapped her commbadge "Rodale to USS Chuck Norris "

"Norris here, HI Rodale. How's the beach life?"

"Amy, I am in a bit of trouble here. I need emergency transportation."

=/\="This is ensign Larry. What is happening?"=/\= He asked as he headed to the shuttle bay, wavering Greaves to follow him

"For some reason, I have Andorians on the beach. I am changing my location. Bring a set of winter clothes for me."

"OK, We have a lock on you and are on the way." Larry told her.

Mira frowned. Why was Sheris being so persistent? It didn't make any sense. The base was full of girls. Did he really hate to be told, no? It was fully dark by the time the shuttle arrived, and she stepped in. Larry couldn't help but chuckled. "You look like a very small Rambo in a bikini. What happened?"

Mira wasn't sure who this Rambo was or if she should be pleased or insulted. She just went with what he asked her. " Some how The Andorian delegate sent men after me. or They just decided to crash my vacation plans. It's a good thing Vaytoc noticed them before they noticed me. I left most of my things in the bungalow. Looks like maybe I should've handled him more seriously." Like she should have taken one of his antennas. She would have if she wasn't the XO of the ship. Still, she really wanted to.

Greaves looked back at her. "Where to?"

Mira sighed "Greenland" Then she gave him the coordinates. "Only Tell the captain and Kronnelti. Where I am at." She had wanted to add Lance in that list, but it would just seem odd.

Larry spoke up ,"Captain went on shore leave already."

Mira nodded "Then just tell whoever is in charge of Security I don't want the Andorians showing up again because Where I am going there will be bloodshed and it will be out of my hands" Mira raised her hands in a helpless motion.

Thor was as bad as her Klingon family when it came to protecting what they thought was theirs.

Changing into the snow suit, Mira shook her head. Well, at least it was warm and very white. It didn't take long to get there, so Mira activated the comm.

{Greenland}

"min lille to Thor Thorngard "

=/\= Ah min lille is that you in the shuttle?=/\= Thor asked in a deep rumbling voice

"Aye it is," Mira said with a smile

"I'll be out to get you. I would not want you to sink in the snow like last time, min lille."

Mira blushed. That had been so embarrassing while everyone else was six foot plus she was not, so when she stepped off into a snow drift, it was over her head.

The shuttle door opened and Mira was engulfed in a bear hug. He tossed her over his shoulder, making Mira laugh, and he picked up her bag and then left. Vaytoc was hot on their heels as Thor ran across a field to the long house.

Thor sat her on her feet as he looked her over, then gave her bag a shake. Opening it, he pulled out a black bikini. "this,min lille, is not going to keep you warm!" He said with a laughed "You didn't pack very well."

Mira laughed with him and loved when he called her my little one. “ Well, that's what I need to talk to you about. I am in a bit of trouble."

Thor stroked his beard. "Let's get you in proper attire, then we will talk over food about your trouble."
