Mission end of csi

As Mira read all the reports and details of the mission, one little detail in the delegate’s log stuck out. The night of his death, he was to have dinner with Sheris, the Andorian delegate. Something reminded her of the question she had asked Sheris, so she pulled up the video. Scanned through it until she got to the point she wanted and played it.

" Do you have any intention of harming the ship?" her voice rang out louder than she thought it would, so she lowered the volume.

"No, I don't have any intention of harming the ship," Sheris' slight emphasis on the final word left some doubt as to whether he intended to harm something besides the ship.

Mira quickly paused the video, her eyes going to Lance. He was probably wondering what she was doing listening to that here.

She gave him a smile. "Sheris had dinner with Ramej-Kino on Vulcan. Then, Ramej-Kino is found dead, and we have a clone on our ship. I was clearly too druged to ask the right questions that night. " Not that he would have told her the truth .

She was clearly going to have to give all her finding over to Starfleet security and let them handle the rest of this case. They had caught the criminal involved in killing the clone and the ones that had attacked the ship. Something that happened before they got to Vulcan was out of their hands.
She forwarded her finds to the captain for his report.

She sent a message to let Security know the Suliban would be transferred to base security in the morning. Security would handle the transfer, but she wanted the Haz team as backup in case these sneaky aliens had anything else up their sleeves.

Then, she put in a full ship's diagnostic and security scan. She gave a little nod. "That should cover the ship." she thought out loud. But, now, on a personal note, she put in an order to have the ship's XO quarters scrubbed and disinfected and the mattress replaced.
She gave a little shiver. She wasn't sleeping on that mattress again after Sheris had.

Mira gave a little stretch as she stood up. It was shift change, and she was starving.

Walking over to the communications officer, she handed her all the PADDs she had read and signed.

Amy smiled, "I heard we get a week leave this time. What are your plans?"

Mira smiled "There was a few places I wanted to go but they are snowed in and I don't handle the cold well so I asked a friend to pull some strings and I got a whole cove on a beach in Hawaii. It has 6 huts on the water with a village nearby for food. It's primitive but I like things like that for a change of pace. It's open to the crew if anyone wants to join me. "

With that said, she turned to get some food and much needed sleep.

{Mess Hall}

Mira finely got that burger and beer she wanted. Sitting down with the crew, she let the conversation flow around her. Her PADD pinged with her week leave approved.
typing in a request for a pilot to take her straight from the ship to her hut in Hawaii. That way, she could avoid Sheris altogether by not being on the base.
Thinking she covered everything, Mira headed to the barracks to sleep.

{Barracks, next morning}

Rolling over Mira reached for her PADD. They had docked at Spacedock. The delegates onboard had disembarked and were with Starfleet security. The Suliban would be next to turn over to the base on high security alert, and the Vulcans had involved themselves in that matter. Yeah, with all that testosterone, she would not be needed at all.
