"Commander, I failed to keep everyone safe, I didn't know they planned an ambush, and we even made sure to check all corners since the bridge was empty...

I'll be on my quarters if anyone needs me." Kronnelti stated.

Mira nodded as she bit her lip. He was taking this harder than she thought.

Following him off the bridge, she caught him by the arm. " Everyone is safe, and you brought everyone back. That's all I could have hoped for. Get some rest." She gave him a smile before heading back to the bridge.

"Sir, according to the Vulcans, Ramej-Kino, the Grazerite delegate, was found dead on Vulcan. We still don't know who killed him and replaced him with a clone. We do know that the Suliban killed the clone. But we don't know why. All I can think of is that they didn't want the Grazerites helped by the federation. " she looked thoughtful.

"Someone killed him and replaced him for their own gains only to have the Suliban step in and end that plan. Sir, some of what the ambassador showed me is very unbelievable ..... but I think we might be dealing with 2 groups."

"Did what she show you have to do with time?" the Captain asked her carefully. Mira's eyes widened slightly in surprise , and she gave a little nod.

The communications officer turned in her seat with a frown on her face. " It's Sheris, the Andorian delegate. He wants to speak to you now, Lt.Commander. He said you own him one more meal."

Mira fingertips went to her forehead. In her mind, she had never welched on a deal, but she also never disobeyed a direct order. Her eyes met the captain's. He stood up. "I'll take that in my ready room. " he looked down at Mira. "No contact" was all he said before walking out.

Sighing, Mira took a seat in the command chair as she started to read all the reports that had been gathering up. No contact, yep, she was now breaking that deal.
