Lt. Commander Jeffrey Montgomery sat in the chair a little uneasy. He hoped he had done the right thing by having a talk with the XO. Clearly, the woman trusted him, so letting him know something was up seemed fitting.

He had been really surprised as he followed her into her quarters. There was a huge fur rug on the floor. Holo viewports of different worlds and weapons on her walls. He had expected something more ... feminine. He guessed it was the way she carried herself. The Captain was what, 5'4"and maybe 100lbs?

He didn't think her interest ran in combat, but he guessed that was fitting for a captain. "All right, let's see what she left unfinished."

The HAZ team. She had gotten permission for them to use the Klingon training center and for K'ner to decide if she wanted to open training with the Klingons. He nodded, sending off the proper forms to K'ner.

Seems the captain lowered the rank limits to people who could enter the Klingon area after she saw it. No one lower ranked then, Lieutenant was permitted unless with a training team. Alright, that seemed wise.

Seems a crib was being made for Kronnelti's quarters on the Norris. Interesting design. It folded almost flat on the wall and could be pulled out to make a crib. He nodded. That should be standard in any family quarters. Jeff shook his head. It would seem his captain had a big heart, she was always thinking of the crew.

Then, he opened a few files she left open with a frown. Odd, this personal message was held up in communications? He didn't read it but flagged it to be looked at by the XO since he had sent it.

J'pok Okac? Who was that guy? He started to read the file. Odd, the guy had no background. Normally, someone like that was made up.
