Take a hike

Mira looked at the cronometer as it struck down to February 14th. She took a sip of the overly alcohol pineapple concoction a server had handed her as she made her way to her hut. The party was still going strong, but Mira wasn't interested.

The hut she was staying at was beautiful, and It was set out on the water with a deck that ran around all of the units.

She had hoped that one of her friends would have shown up, but they were either working or found a woman to spend the evening with as everyone celebrated Lohlunat. She suppose she could have found someone to spend the evening with, but if her heart wasn't into it, then she wasn't interested. It was better to be alone.

She laid back on the lounger, and Vaytoc curled up against her. The twin moons hung high in the dark sky. It was all very beautiful and, sadly, it gave her too much time to think.

She put the pineapple drink down and curled into Vaytoc as she let sleep have her.

Morning came all too soon. She brushed Vaytoc's fur, listening to his purrs of contentment. She changed into the new green bikini, and Sarong then braided her hair up in a bun.
She performed her normal morning Mok'bara while balancing on the railing. The sun rise was beautiful as it raised onto the sky. Breakfast was her next plan. Most people weren't up this early with all the partying they had participated in last night. The food was always amazing, with its fruits, pastries, and meat.

Later that morning:

As Mira walked up the path, she smiled to see K'ner with a few of her men. "So glad you could make it, Doctor."

K'ner raised an eyebrow and gave her a look that said she was very busy. Mira laughed. "I know you're not the type to sit around on the beach, but I wanted to show you how much physical activities Risa had to offer."

Mira smiled."15-mile jog up the mountain path. Then we can zip line down the mountain. After that you're free to do as you please. I am going free style cliff climbing, and any of you are welcome. But be warned the Galartha' cliff face changes pitch while climbing it, so it can be very tricky."

Mira rechecked her backpack to make sure water and her climbing clothes for later were all set.

"Ready? Then, let's go." As she predicted, their longer legs made it a challenge to keep up, but she managed. Without the consent stopping to look at the scenery, it took less time to get to the top.

Slightly out of breath, Mira told them, "There are steam pools all over if anyone wants to relax. " She waved to the food. "Food is available, and the zip line is over there for a fast ride down, or you could hike it." she gave a little grin. " Have fun!"

Mira took off her sarong and rinsed off under an outdoor shower. She was going to enjoy the steam pool for a little while, then zip line down before she went climbing.

Mira eased her body into the hot water with a happy little sigh. Vaytoc laid his head on her shoulder and purred. "So big guy, you going to meet me at the top of the cliff." If it was possible, he purred louder.
