The perfect morning

Mira's internal chock woke her up at 5 am. she slowly detangle herself from Rico’s hold. He hadn't moved all night. She went as far as to check his pulse.

Mira grinned. He might be human, but he was used to Risan time. That would be getting up late and going to bed even later.

Standing under the outdoor shower, Mira moaned in pleasure as the hot water ran down her body. She had cleaned the bikini and Sarong from yesterday and hung it out to dry.

Today, she would wear the blue bikini and a colorful sarong to match. Slipping on the adhesive soles that seemed to be getting popular here. She braided the front and side of her hair, then gathered it up in a high ponytail.

Workout first then .......she wondered if Rico would be up by then and how did Kronnelti 's evening go with that cute girl.
So brave too, Mira couldn't have gone up to a guy, and asked him out.

Mira frowned. Somehow she needed to detached her heart from having fun. Men seemed to have no trouble at it, even women did it. She was told they just took away happy memories.

While she walked, she was greeted a few times by different Risans, so by the time she reached the lake, Mira had been given a lei, flower crown, and waist bracelet of flowers. Both cats were even prancing around with their lei, seemingly very happy with all the attention they were getting.

Once at the lake, Mira took off the flowers and placed them on her small backpack she used for water and hiking. Untying her sarong, she walked out to the end of the small dock. Taking a deep breath, she let it out, clearing her mind. She could hear the birds and feel the breeze on her skin. In the distance, she could hear someone playing the flute. It was one of those perfect moments that you want to live in forever. Telling Vaytoc, there was fishes in the lake. Both cats jumped in to find breakfast.

Mira moved into a pyramid pose, then the extended version, high crescent lunge, half spilt, low lunge, superman plank then she moved to the turtle push up, air mill that turned into the kick, downward dog, knee to nose, chaturanger, dolphin pose, to the baby crow pose , then a hand stand. flipping over, she laying on her back, grabbing ahold of the wooden deck she finished with the dragon flag hold.
As she lay there controlling her breath, could hear someone clapping, then a few other people clapping. Flipping to her feet, Mira saw Ruon, Lark, Fremont, and Tank. She ran to Tank and he didn't disappoint her. He caught her, tossing her up in the air, and she landed in a handset with both her hands in his upside down in the air. Tossing her again, he caught her in his arms for a hug that turned into a group hug, as everyone join in making her laugh even more than she had been.

Both cats came out of the water to see what was going on, then seeing no danger, they shook their fur to dry off.

"By all that was holy, I have missed you all." Mira told them. She had hated to leave them all when she went to earth, but she wanted to join Star Fleet and move on with her life.

Tank's hug got tighter, probably thinking of when they had all thought she had died. she hugged him back.

He smiled. "It's good to see you." Tank had been closest thing to having a good brother out of all the men, only she had never called him that. Rico had guarded her fearlessly and the one she came to when she needed advice. Ruon was a huge flirt. Lark and Fremont were those dependable friends who were always there for you.

Lark licked her arm, making Mira widen her eyes at him. "I licked ya, now we get to keep ya"

Fremont frowned. "It doesn't work that way, Bro."
"It works with food." Lark told him, making Mira raise an eyebrow at the conversation.

Fremont rolled his eyes. "She isn't food. If you haven't noticed."

Larked shrugged. "I could eat her up."

Tank pulled her away from Lark. "You will not, and I am telling Rico on you."

"Speaking of Rico, where is he, and why isn't he watching you?" Tank asked. "He said he would until our shifts ended and we could join you."

Mira shrugged. "Sleeping and so is my new brother. I think." She had left a note on the table as to where she was going.
"Did you get #14 and #15?" Tank asked as he put her down.

"Yes, I was so happy they were available." Mira told them as she put the flowers on and tied her sarong around her waist then picked up her pack.

Ruon shrugged. "We would have tossed anyone taking our spots. So you got a little brother that's cute."

Mira laughed at him slapping his arm. "He isn't little, he is older than me and just a little shorter then Tank." she laughed as he stuck his tongue out at her. “Ew, put that a way." she laughed. "Let's see if Rico is awake. Kronnelti had planned on joining us in the caves but he met a cutie last night so I don't know if he will be spending the day with her or inviting her to join us. Either way I am starving and I need coffee."
