Rodriguez sat there fuming. "Rodale is going to kill you!

"It was an encrypted, priority eyes only message to a command staff member. " The ensign told him. "And if she didn't kill you for your stunt, then I figure I am going to live. ''

Before Rodriguez could give his normal next response, everyone in the room replied, "But it was just a dream!"
Rodriguez frowned, but he sent his message to the commander and captain on the incident.

"Mira said, 'the captain ordered, and I quote “I want this ship locked down immediately. Noone leaves? and no-one comes onboard. Minimize off-ship communication to myself and Lieutenant Commander Rodale only.” Does that make exceptions to senior staff officers?" he put the PADD down. looking at the crew members in the room with him.

The officer in question looked up from the console. "Might as well tell her the computer core is using far too much power for what it normally does. You know how precise she is with the settings."

Rodriguez groaned. " She is going to be up all night looking for the reason." he looked over at Chin. “You tell her. She will take the news far better from you."

Chin laughed "Yea because I would have known it wasn't her. She doesn't do things like that."

Rodriguez started to stand up, but everyone said it before he could. "It was just a dream!"

Defeated, he sat down "Fine! But you better tell her or the captain?"

Chin stood up. "I'll tell her. I don't want to be the one to tell the captain one of his orders wasn't followed."

Running down the hall to catch her. He yelled, "Rodale?" He handed her the PADD.
She frowned. "Who got the message? "

"Lt. Lance, " he told her.

Mira sighs. Taking the padd, she sent the report to the captain. "I'll deal with it after I deal with the problem in the shuttle bay. I am telling you, if anyone beams on board or leaves the ship, heads will roll. I have a Mek leth, and I know how to use it." she turned and kept walking, hearing Chins laughter.
