It was about time for Dax to show up, so Mira ordered 2 Samarian Sunsets for the two of them.

Seeing a dark-haired, blue-eyed, Trill woman walking towards her with a grin on her face, Mira stood up to hug her. "May you grow old in wisdom, Dax. it's good to see you again."

Dax smiled as she took a seat. " I do look different, then the last time we met." Dax said with a little laugh.

Mira nodded. " In a good way, but a lot has changed for the both of us since then."

The last she was here with Kolar celebrating her anniversary and Dax was here with Worf. For both things had changed.

Dax looked under the table and grinned. "Not everything has changed. Greetings, Vaytoc."

Lifting his head from his food, Vaytoc purred in greetings but went back to eating.

Mira was hoping she didn't have to talk too much about that, so she handed Dax a padd.

Taking it, Dax started to read. " Wow. Von did all of this?" she looked truly surprised now.

Mira nodded. " yea. only I am sure he will be able to talk his way out of most of it. Add to that his diplomatic immunity from Trill. He thinks he can't be touched. I don't know how long the USS Chuck Norris will be here so someone on the base should know about him."

"When we were under attack, he did offer to help us with talking to the Zaj, but Kira turned him down. I could tell he was angry about it." Dax added.

"Smart women don't trust him. In fact, watch your back." Mira said as she taped her drink, watching the colors change on it

Talking went on for a while until Dax had to go, and Mira left with Vaytoc. Seeing Dax had made Mira a little homesick. maybe instead of free climbing, she visits Trill in the Holodeck.
