As Kronnelti sent his report to Rodale he gets a rumble, time to go get a bite to eat.

Kronnelti goes to the bar area to relax and just forget about what's happened so far, he orders blood wine and a big T-Boned medium rare, he remembers reading how earth people would eat steak like this

Sometime later his order came out and he didn't leave any meat or fat on the bone. Another blood wine please he asked.

Kronnelti had no clue commander Rodale was on ds9 but most likely he will run into her.

After finishing up his second drink he got up and walked out, heading down the hallway he sees a big black fluff ball, he recognizes this cat. It's Vaytoc Kronnelti puts two fingers in his mouth and whistle.

He gets on his knees and calls him over, problem is he still has the romulan sent on him from holding the weapon.

Vaytoc heard the Whistle and changed directions going for the sound seeing a man from the ship he trotted over but stopped sniffing him then gave out a little hiss.

Mira wasn't far away calling for Vaytoc when she realized he took off like a shot. "Come back here!"
Now what was he getting into? He had just took A sandwich out of a man's hand in the restaurant. If he was eating someone else food she was going to be mad!

Seeing Kronnelti and Vaytoc hissing Mira frowned "what do you mean you smell Romulans. He is a klingon are you getting sick?" She asked Vaytoc.

Kronnelti said must be from the weapon I found, come with me and bring Vaytoc as he goes towards the pod bay he may pick up on more than me and he's just the nose I need chuckled Kronnelti.

Mira nodded, petting Vaytoc's head "Let's hunt big guy." Vaytoc purred happy now. He looked up at them then followed Kronnelti.

The 3 of them walk into the pod bay, Kronnelti picks up the club and put it down in front of Vaytoc.

What else can you smell off of this buddy? Kronnelti asked

Commander this is the pod she was in explains Kronnelti.


Vaytoc's head lowered as he freeze framed walked to the pod smelling the ground. The door was still broken on the pod as he passed inside then walked out looking both ways. He started walking away from the way they came.
"Looks like he has a trail." She said pulling out a padd to look up a base deck plan.

Good job says Kronnelti, I'll let you two lead as he sets his phaser to stun.

"Fair warning just like on the ship that weapon will set off base alarms. When fired"

Aye ma'am said Kronnelti

She followed Vaytoc frowning that padd, " we are now entering an area of guest Quarters "

Hissing at a door Vaytoc walked away then turned around walking back looking at a door, tilting his head for a moment then sneezed a few times before looking at her then at the door again.

Taking a tricorder out of her bag Mira scanned the room " Two Trills. Vaytoc this is not romulans they are Trill. "

Frowning at the door then back at Vaytoc Mira said "the Romulan we are following must have went in there at some point." Looking up the room on her padd Mira cursed " it's ambassador Lox's Quarters. "

Her brother was in side. " ok Vaytoc where is the Romulan"

Vaytoc walked a few doors down then hissed. Looking at the tricorder Mira nodded, " It's Romulan. Male. I am not picking up anyone else."

How do you want to do this? Asked Kronnelti

Mira thought about it then smiled. "I can knock on the door looking for my brother, " she points over her shoulder at her brother's door. "If he smells like the man who attacked the XO then arrest him for questioning. If not, then there is nothing we can do. We can't arrest him on Vaytoc's say so." Putting the padd and Tricorder way in her bag.

She stepped up to the door activating the door to announce she was there. She trusted Kronnelti to move fast enough to handle what ever happen.

The door opened showing a male that looked Vulcan. "Greetings is my brother here?" She asked

The man stood there looking at the commander, what is it to you? He's old enough to go out on his own

As he's saying this Kronnelti is hiding behind the other side ready to pounce at a moments notice.

Kronnelti looked at Vaytoc and pointed to his nose


Vaytoc hissed making the man nervous. Mira just kept smiling knowing Von was not in the room but the man clearly just gave away that he knew Von well enough to know his sister.
"Wait ? This isn't my brother's quarters? " she stepped back. Looking right then left at the doors as if looking for it. Then heard the man say " You should not be alive." He looked down at the big cat by her side.

Seeing the big cat the Vulcan starts to back up after saying "you should not be alive"

Then Kronnelti side steps while grabbing his cuffs

You are under arrest for questioning.

The man yelled "what did I do" as Vaytoc is now beside Kronnelti growling showing his teeth.

Stepping back even more Mira frowned, who was this man. Did he mean she should not be alive because she had been missing for 4 years or was it more to it. Backing up she made sure she gave Kronnelti plenty of room to handle things and snapped her fingers to call Vaytoc to her.

Vaytoc backs up to Rodale, with the cuffs on this man his demeanor changes from innocent to aggressive, but Kronnelti keeps him in check.

Commander we should get the admiral involved as it is on Ds9.

Mira nodded "Then you will need to take him to the base security."

The Vulcan tries to sweep trip Kronnelti but the Lt put him in the infamous Vulcan neck pinch as the man goes down.

Let's show the admiral and Capt our reports.

Mira watched as Kronnelti tossed the man over his shoulder. "Yeah this guy has been walking around freely on the base pretending to be Vulcan when he reads Romulan. There is no telling what he has been up to or why he attacked the XO. "

Kronnelti nods, he walks down to base security.

Kronnelti presses a button. (Admiral and Capt come to base security)
