1 PADD, 2 PADD

Admiral Charles Star picked up the PADD with the extra super top secret information detailing Winters's special mission for Star Fleet Intelligence. He quickly glanced over it, signed it and tossed it onto the edge of his desk. "This is heavy."

Next, he stood up, yawned, and grabbed another PADD--the fake one with fake evidence of Winters's wrongdoing. "I gotta take a leak," he muttered to himself.

"Admiral, is the Winters case ready yet?" called a voice from outside the office.

"Yeah, come pick it up off my desk," Star hollered back as he started for his private bathroom. "Oh," he added while turning back to his desk before throwing the second PADD toward the trash can. However, he failed to notice that it landed on his desk, knocking the first PADD into the can instead.

Just as Star entered the bathroom, his aide arrived and picked up the second PADD, which was barely balancing on the corner of the desk, for processing. "Perfect," the aide added with the PADD 'confirming' Winters's guilt in hand.

I'm not going to be able to sim this one with you guys, but thought I'd throw another monkey wrench into the situation. Enjoy the mission!
