Mission: From the Sidelines
Location: USS Chuck Norris
Timeline: Present

:ON:

{Bridge}

Ensign Josh Anderson walked onto the compact bridge of the Chuck Norris and looked around. The Operations station was empty. Josh frowned. He knew that they were docked Starbase 10 and there didn’t necessarily need to be anyone there at this time, but he was hoping to speak to his superior, Lieutenant Micho. They still hadn’t met yet!


{Mess Hall}

Josh strolled into the officer’s mess. Perhaps Micho was in here enjoying a meal? There were only two members of the crew in there, neither was the Chief Operations Officer.


{Main Engineering}

Perhaps Lieutenant Micho was in engineering, coordinating some resupplies with Chief Engineer G’gingloss? Nope, he only found a roomful of tired looking engineers.


{Bridge}

Josh returned to the bridge of the ship and slipped into the chair at operations. He was tired after searching the ship, and he was no closer to meeting Lieutenant Micho.

As he inputted his login code into the console, he suddenly felt a presence stood above him. “Excuse me Ensign,” Micho crossed his arms disapprovingly, “This is my console and my shift.” Josh could hardly believe his eyes, slumping onto the console, dejected.
