Back on the Chuck Norris

ON:

=/\= Transporter chief to Kronnelti come to transporter room 2, =/\= Kronnelti replies “on my way”. Roughly no more than a minute later the chief of security enters transporter room 2, “Sir, I have John Waytt and one other coming back in 30 seconds.”

As Kronnelti stands by the transporter room glows with lt commander John Wyatt and who seems to be Lieutenant Angier.

Kronnelti greets both men “Sir Wyatt welcome back aboard and you must be Lieutenant Alfred Angier, it's nice to meet you. As a precaution I would like to escort you to our sick bay for some tests just to make sure nothing else came with you as I don't want the crew of the Chuck Norris to get ill.”

Freddy looked around the room, still unsure as to what had just happened. Were these people really members of Starfleet, or were they masquerading as officers? His paranoia was running rampant. “I, uh… what just happened?”

“Long range transport.” Wyatt spoke quickly, “An experiment I’ve been working on.”

“Of course.” Freddy answered, completely unconvinced. As a scientist, he knew exactly how experimental and theoretical something like that would need to be. But he decided to go along with what these people were telling him. After all, they could be telling the truth and this genuinely could be the USS Chuck Norris. The configuration of the transporter room did fit the dimensions and design of a Defiant-class vessel. The mission Admiral Yoshimeyer had given him was still at the forefront of his mind too. He had to risk that these people were who they were saying they were, it was now a matter of life or death. “Lead the way to sick bay.”
