"Admiral you have a call coming in" a young women who appeared to in her early 20s called out.
"Thank you lieutenant I'll take it in my quarters"Admiral Gilis said.

=Admirals quarters=
Admiral Gillis had just arrived to his desk when his Padd buzzed. "Incoming call from federation president" it persisted.
Damn it wyatt. He thought. Now I've got to explain this to the federation. He added to his thoughts while clicking the answer button.
"Hello Admiral Gillis" the president said.
"Hello president" "I am to the understanding that your in relation with the fugitive ship."
"That is correct" he said. There was no purpose in denying it he was the president after all. If there was any chance of pulling this through it was complete honesty. At least that's what Admiral Gillis thought.
"Well I want you to know Admiral that you are not in trouble nor is Commander winters. I just need to know who was on the Chuck Norris when it took off" Admiral Gillis was now forced to give out the names. It wasn't that he wanted to but he needed to continue his honesty streak.
"Last I heard it was Ensign Wyatt,Ensign Pibb, liutentent courier. Rumor is Wyatt heard Commander winters was in trouble so he stole the Norris to save him. However Commander winters wasn't arrested after all." Admiral Gillis explained. "Okay well that settles that then that doesn't explain how the Deep space mines cloaking device dissapeared? Wyatt may have a abnormal knowledge of spaceships and space stations but he couldn't get past sisko or the stations security."
"I don't think Wyatt stole it I don't think anyone did"
"I believe you Admiral but then who did?"
"I don't know but I have a theory permission to speak candidlymr president?" Admiral gilis asked.
"By all means" the president agreed.
"Well the ship was back in Starbase 10s orbit about 2 seconds after its jump to warp speed. No body not even wyatt would return it that fast. Besides it couldn't have gotten here minutes later even with warp speed. We indicated the Norris after the jump it was a little past Vulcan. It would've taken hours,days at most to get back. The only way this is possible is for a higher power to mentally transport the ship" Gillis explained.
"Are you suggesting Qs behind this Admiral?"
"I'm saying it's a possibility"
"Well until evidence can be found that Q was not a part of this I'm going to agree with you on this"
"So what about DS9?" Admiral Gillis asked.
"The cloaking device has been replaced everything is fine there" the president addressed.
"So what about wyatt and pibb mr president are they going to be fired? "No I actually have noticed something odd going on with some specific Starfleet personnel. Not commander winters though. I think wyatt is starting to figure it out as Well. Wyatt may have stole the Norris but wyatt's never acted on a false intention has he?" No I guess he hasn't mr president" "I am sending wyatt pibb and couiller to San Francisco to investigate what exactly is happening in Starfleet. I think wyatt was right though Winters may be in danger. The people who arrested him were not authorized to do so. "So you think someones out to destroy winters?" "Yes Admiral I do. Now I need to remind you that this conversation needs to be kept confendential but you are welcome to help in the investigation" "thank you president" "no problem Admiral also the chuck Norris has been returned. And I am allowing you to keep the cloaking device"
