Computer, record personal log 4

A week and a half. This ship was in bad repair when I first arrived onto the ship. It is quite the wonder why it was still able to move with the issues we fixed. With my guidance the 4 personal i worked with we were able to do more in the time then had been done in the past 6 months. At least, it feels that way. During the work there were a few setbacks, a time or two we almost had a plasma leak, once where the warp core almost had a core breach. Though i can now say that this system is much better then it was when the ship first arrived to the starbase. We worked around the clock, at qhen possible, slept seldom, and relaxed little during the time we worked. Now I would put my money on this ship in battle, or perhaps even a race.

I have been able to improved the flow efficiency, refulators, and even improved the capacity of our warp drive. Previously we could sustain warp 8. I have now increased that to warp 9 with the possibility of pushing it further if necessary. I have worked with a few other crews in this time to adjust the armor plating to streamline our agility, and maneuverability. The increased plating, with the changes will give us a better fighting chance should we loose shielding. This little ship of ours could fight before with the ferocity of a tiger, now imagine a pack of wolves against the tiger. We have become the pack.

Well, except now the ship needs to learn how to fight a a whole unit. We shall see when or evwn if that can come to pass. I have yet to meet many of the other crew members. Time will tell wether or not they accept a klingon into their fold. That winters fellow though seems knowledgeable and willing. With someone like that on this ship perhaps..............
