Command

I have just been informed of the ships updated time of arrival. It seems the special mission they were on took much longer then anticipated but I have been assured that they will be here within 2 days time. The ship was scheduled to arrive 1 week ago. From records I have been able to view this is highly unusual. I expect that there may have been issues aboard the ship I am about to enter service on. It will be interesting to see how they have managed without a chief engineer for the time they have. Perhaps he died a warriors death. I will be interested to see how this commander runs his ship. It seems lighter then a ship of my origin.

Then it also bears question as to how the crew will react to my presence. Will they accept me as they have one other. His service paved the way for others of his race. This will be an interesting subject to venture into further.

For now though, I shall begin studying the ships crew
