Ensign Jacques McCarthy - Support Craft Pilot

It is a pleasure to have you aboard.

For story purposes, we will assume Ensign McCarthy joined up with the Chuck Norris at Starbase 10.
Also for the story, I will assume the he will act currently as the Helm officer, as that position is vacant.
