Two New Crewmembers!

Let's welcome aboard two new crewmembers:

Ensign Balen Pibb: Assistant Chief Security/Tactical Officer

Lieutenant Lilian Schwartz: Chief Engineering Officer

For story purposes, we'll say that there both currently at Starbase 10 and we'll pick them up at the completion of our current mission--which I hope to get wrapped up before the end of the month.
